Tokenisation news

Tokenisation covers traditional financial assets issued, held or settled on a blockchain: tokenised money market funds, bonds, private credit and securities, and the market infrastructure being rebuilt to carry them. Fintechbits follows the banks and market operators moving real transactions on chain, from Citi Token Services and the Swift shared ledger to DTCC and Intercontinental Exchange, and the issuers putting funds and credit on networks such as Stellar, including WisdomTree, Spiko and Tradable. Coverage separates what is live and settling from what is only announced, and records who can actually buy a tokenised product and under which rules. Stablecoins and bank-issued tokenised deposits used for payments have their own hub, judged on reserves and settlement; crypto exchanges and custody sit under crypto and blockchain.
