Fintechbits checked its August coverage, which recorded that Deluxe closed the Celero Commerce acquisition at the end of July and that Celero processed more than $28 billion a year across 175 banking partners. Deluxe Q3 2026 was the first quarter to include Celero, which Deluxe says it added mid-quarter.

What Deluxe Q3 2026 Showed

Discussing Deluxe Q3 2026, chief executive Barry McCarthy said combined Payments and Data revenue grew by more than 21%. Print, still the largest segment, fell to $238.6 million from $279.9 million. Net income fell from $33.7 million to $13.0 million on acquisition costs and higher interest. Net debt rose to $1,929.2 million from $1,392.5 million at the end of 2025.

Deluxe raised its 2026 outlook to revenue of $2.13 billion to $2.15 billion and adjusted EBITDA of $470 million to $480 million, and affirmed free cash flow of about $200 million. The board declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.30 a share.

Inside the segments, Merchant Services adjusted EBITDA rose to $32.1 million and its margin to 23.8% from 20.8%. B2B Payments revenue rose to $77.3 million, while Data Solutions revenue rose to $102.9 million but its margin fell to 26.8% from 32.6%. Free cash flow for the first nine months rose 40.7% to $134.9 million. Fintechbits’ August coverage recorded that Deluxe put Celero founder Kevin Jones in charge of the combined merchant business, which it expected to process more than $70 billion in annual gross transaction volume. Deluxe Q3 2026 is the first test of that plan, and the merchant margin gain suggests the integration started well.
