NCR Atleos, the ATM and self-service banking company, reported third-quarter 2026 revenue of $1.1 billion on 4 November 2026, down 2%, with net income of $97 million, up 273%, and adjusted EBITDA of $241 million, up about 10%, according to its results release. Fintechbits compared the result with NCR Atleos’s second-quarter release of 5 August, which reported revenue of $1.10 billion, flat on the year, with 70% from recurring streams and adjusted EBITDA of $254 million, up 25%; third-quarter adjusted EBITDA growth slowed to about 10%. NCR Atleos says its sale to Brink’s is on track to close in early January 2027.
What NCR Atleos Reported
Recurring revenue rose to 71% of the total. Self-Service Banking revenue fell 2% on lower hardware volumes, while its adjusted EBITDA rose 7%, helped by ATM as a Service and software, which the company said more than offset higher memory and fuel costs. Network revenue fell 2% on lower demand for crypto transactions.
For the first nine months, NCR Atleos revenue was $3.2 billion, up 1%, and adjusted EBITDA was $667 million, up 12%. Chief executive Tim Oliver said regulatory approvals are progressing across multiple jurisdictions. The Fintechbits State of Fintech Q3 2026 report tallied about $22.3 billion of fintech acquisitions signed in the third quarter; the Brink’s deal was agreed before that and is still awaiting approvals.
The nine-month figures show where the money is made. Self-Service Banking revenue rose 3% over the first nine months, with adjusted EBITDA up 8%, while Network revenue was flat and its adjusted EBITDA rose 6%. In the third quarter alone, Network adjusted EBITDA fell 2%, which the company put down to the timing of other initiatives. For Brink’s, the attraction is recurring revenue from ATM as a Service contracts, where banks pay the company to run their machines rather than buying them.
