Numerix, the New York capital markets analytics company, said on 29 October 2026 that it has acquired Suite LLC, the developer of ALib, an analytics library for derivatives and fixed income pricing and risk, for an undisclosed price, according to the Numerix Suite announcement. Fintechbits counted Numerix’s deals: Suite is its fourth acquisition since private equity firm Genstar Capital bought it in August 2022, after FINCAD in April 2023, PolyPaths in August 2023 and Kynex in October 2024, according to Numerix’s company history and Willkie Farr. Suite was founded in 2001, and ALib traces its roots to analytics built at J.P. Morgan.

What Numerix gets

ALib covers rates, credit, foreign exchange and equity derivatives and government, corporate and mortgage-backed bonds, and Numerix singles out its rates and credit curve construction. Chief executive Manny Conti said Suite brings “deep expertise in rates and credit analytics”. Suite clients are promised continuity while the two teams work out a product plan over the coming months. Credit data and analytics have been busy all month, with LSEG agreeing to buy Octus for $3.535 billion. Tradeweb agreed to buy bond platform Trumid in the same week, as Fintechbits reported.
