Pagaya Technologies reported record third-quarter 2026 net income of $50 million and network volume of $3.6 billion, up 29%, on 29 October 2026, and said Citizens Financial Group and First National Bank of Omaha had joined for personal loans and point of sale, according to its Pagaya Q3 2026 results. Funding has kept pace: Fintechbits covered Pagaya’s 100th asset-backed securitization, a $650 million deal, on 13 October 2026. Total revenue and other income rose 12% to $390 million.
The outlook behind the record
Pagaya guided fourth-quarter network volume to $2.961 billion to $3.261 billion, below the third quarter’s $3.6 billion. Its fee margin also narrowed by 91 basis points to 4.1% of volume, which Pagaya blamed on higher benchmark rates. It closed more than $2 billion of longer-dated committed funding in the quarter. That included a variable funding note with Atlas SP Partners, which Fintechbits covered on 1 October.
